This headshot Photography Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the entire understanding between Claudiq Photography and CLIENT (as hereinafter defined). It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties hereto. The only way to add or change this Agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. If the parties want to waive one provision of this Agreement that does not mean that any other provision is also waived. The party against whom a waiver is sought to be effective must have signed a waiver in writing.

PORTRAIT, FAMILY & CHILDREN SESSIONS

1-2 hour session in studio or on location

1 PACKAGE - 15 EDITED PICTURES - $400

2 PACKAGE - 20 EDITED PICTURES - $500

3 PACKAGE - 25 EDITED PICTURES - $600

- $50 per additional selected/edited image

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY (custom package)

1 PACKAGE - 125 images, 2 hours - $400

2 PACKAGE - 275 images, 3 hours - $595

3 PACKAGE - 350 images, 4 hours - $785

4 PACKAGE - 425 images, 5 hours - $895

5 PACKAGE - 550 images, 6 hours, - $950

additional time of service - $195/hour

additional edited images - $215/100 images

2022 MINI SESSIONS (selected dates only)

15 or 30-minute sessions are available, CLIENT will select favorite images from the proof gallery delivered by Claudiq Photography. After submitting your selection please allow 7-10 days for editing the images.

The maximum number of kids is 3 per session. Please have your kids dressed for the session, there will be no time to change.

If you are sick or anyone in your family has been sick within a week of the session, please cancel your session. The deposit is non-refundable. No refunds after the session is completed.
